Restricted Fuel Sales

Print a restricted fuel report with the permit/license number listed on the Customer detail report listed under Tech Licenses.

Access

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Government Reports

Grant permission to the individual report > Government Reports > Restricted Fuel Sales

Create Your Report

In Location Selection retain the default of All Locations or choose One Locations and enter a Site ID or use F12 to search.

For Customer Selection, retain the default of All Customers or focus on only those set to Farm Fuel by selecting Farm Fuel Only or select One Customer by entering the customer ID or search using F12.

All items flagged as restricted fuel will be included in All Items or focus on one item by entering an Item ID or use F12 to search in Item Selection.

Select one Period or multiple by using the ctrl key and click Periods within the list or sections by using the shift key and click the first then last Period.

In Category, select one Category or multiple by using the ctrl key and click Categories within the list or sections by using the shift key and click the first then last Category.

When needed, select Export and click to choose the location the .xls spreadsheet of the report will be saved.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
